Four steps. No mysteries.
Working with a navigator should feel like being handed a flashlight — not like hiring a lawyer. Here's exactly what happens.
-
The fit call — 15 minutes, free
A real conversation about your situation. We'll ask what's going on, what's on paper, and what you've tried. If we're not the right help, we'll tell you that too — and point you toward whoever is.
-
A written scope and quote — before anything starts
You get a plain-English summary: what we'll do, what we won't do, and the flat fee. Nothing begins until you've read it and agreed. No hourly meter, no scope creep, no surprises.
-
Working sessions — video or phone
We meet where it's easiest for you — video or phone, evenings available. We'll go through your plan documents, bills, or denial letters together, and leave each session with clear next steps in writing.
-
Follow-up until it's resolved
Insurance cases don't end when the session ends. We follow up on open items — the appeal you filed, the bill you questioned — until your case has an answer. One person who knows your file, start to finish.
What we'll ask you to bring
Don't worry about organizing it perfectly — a messy pile is fine. But the more of this you have, the faster we can help:
- Your insurance card and plan documents (the summary of benefits, if you have it)
- Denial letters or explanations of benefits (EOBs)
- Bills you're questioning
- Your doctors' names and any prescriptions you take regularly
A note on privacy: share only what the case needs. If anything contains sensitive details you're unsure about, we'll talk through it on the fit call first.
